All sales are final, we are not responsible for any material choices and all prices do not include fabric ( except floor models are as is). All purchases require a deposit of 50% in order to complete order, and the balance is due prior to shipping ( when out of state) and upon delivery in state. We accept credit card by phone (with signed authorization and copy of driver liscense) and we also accept check , money order, or cashier check. Any cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase in order to recieve a refund of deposit, any cancellations made after the initial 48 hours will only recieve a partial refund of the deposit (half of the deposit paid). We give a 5 year warranty on our workmanship only. Any fabric defects purchased on your own is your responsibility, any fabric purchased through any of our distributors we will attempt to satisy any complaints through the distributor directly.
