Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Can I supply my own fabric?

A. Yes.  You can supply your own fabric, there is no additional cost to you.

 

Q. Do you recover outdoor furniture?

A. Yes. We can recover pretty much anything, we do not, however, do the sling style outdoor   furniture .

 

Q. Do you offer any type of warranties?

A. We do guarantee our workmanship, however we are not responsible for your fabric choice if you supplied your own fabrics, and our fabric distributors are pretty reasonable if there is an issue of quality on a fabric purchased through us.   

 

Q. How long will it take to get my furniture done once I bring it in / you pick up?

A. Our current turnaround time is 2 weeks approx. but please remember quality is our #1 goal and  sometimes quality takes time.  If you have a deadline date, try to get it in 2 weeks prior to your deadline.  If this is impossible, we will do our best to try to meet your deadline.

 

Q. Do you offer pick up and delivery service?

A. Yes. There may be a charge depending on where you live, (using Google Maps we charge $1.50/mile each direction.

 

Q. Do you do in home estimates?

A. Yes. We offer free estimates, because of gas prices, there are two exceptions:

        * If it is an insurance estimate there will be a small fee that we will credit you if you do the job.

    * If you live a significant distance from our store we will charge a $25 fee that will be deducted from your total if you contract us for your job.

 

Q. Do you do repairs?

A. For the most part we can.  From doggy damage, seams pulling apart, foam going too soft, some vinyl/leather repairs, we can handle the problem.  Some can be done in the home as well.

 

Q. Do you repair clothing?

A. No, we suggest trying a clothing tailor.

 

Q. Do you repair tents / awnings?

A. For the most part, No,  we suggest trying a tent & awning repair shop. 

 

Q. What's not covered by your warranty?

A. Parts that are old, broken, brittle, dry rotted etc. ** PLEASE NOTE ON FURNITURE SOME OF THESE THINGS MAY NOT BE NOTED UNTIL THEY ARE TAKEN APART AND WILL BE REPAIRED AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE WITH APPROVAL.** ON VEHICLES ANY PARTS THAT MAY BREAK DUE TO PREVIOUS NOTED /AGING WILL BE THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE AS SOME OF THESE THINGS ARE NOT FORESEEN AND NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY

 

Q.  What happens if I leave my furniture too long?

A.  You will have 30 days after completion to either set up delivery or to pick up your furniture.  If you

      are unable to, you will need to make satisfactory arrangements with management.  If you drop

      your furniture or have it picked up, you have 30 days to bring in fabrics or make arrangements 

      to have the work done. After 30 days we reserve the right to sell, donate, or dispose of the

      furniture.  Any job that must be held for more than 30 days will generate a storage fee of $20

     per month.
